All Religions Need an Upgrade

The simple fact is that every single religion is very old and needs to be updated.

Whether you choose to update it in a disciplined and reasoned way or to revise it on the fly doesn’t change the fact that it’s being updated. Every religion must evolve if it is to come to terms with modern reality, science, and the expanding body of psychological insight. The only choice is to live in the past or to update your religion for the 21st century. There is no third option.

So, everyone is updating their religion. I simply happen to believe that Buddhism is the greatest world religion ever created. But it is not perfect, and the Buddha was not all-knowing. Bodhideism is my attempt to refine and update Buddhism for the 21st century.
